About Us

NAC History

NAC is a young but fast growing supplier of unified communications, operating in the vibrant video conferencing and telecoms marketplace. Our clients include Scotland’s top legal firms, accountancy practices, global shipping companies, private healthcare organizations, the NHS and other public sector bodies.

Our clients tend to trust us, which is why they stay and come back to us when they have a new problem to solve. We pride ourselves on being creative in the way we do business, find solutions, and in the way we engage with our clients.

Our chosen strategic supply partners tend to be the ‘who’s now’ of global, leading-edge technology organizations, but who also have technologies that are pitched firmly on solid ground.

Above all, we are renowned for our award winning support and service levels . . . “Love your client and he will love you back, is the NAC mantra” . . . and although we don’t wander about our offices chanting it, and ringing finger cymbals, we do try to live it – every single day.

NAC SLA

NAC customer support engineers hold qualifications across a broad range of hardware and software vendors, meaning we can support your business effectively, pretty much irrespective of what legacy kit you might have.

With industry call pick-up times averaging less that 5 seconds, and up to 85% of enquiries being dealt with by our first line support, you can rely on your enquiry being dealt with efficiently. The ability and dedication of our support team, married to the ‘best in breed’ infrastructure, enables NAC to deliver an industry leading SLA to its customer.

We provide an online support portal that includes instant fault logging at our offices, fault tracking and response, a detailed FAQ and Self Help Section, online training manuals and good old-fashioned free-phone numbers.

We make it easy to stay in touch . . . so that you can too.

Community

NAC supports a number of local charities and individuals through direct involvement with the local community and national charity organizations.

Our MD, Mark Boyde, has been raising funds for the Scottish Burnt Children’s Club for the past two years and has just completed writing a childrens book The Witch of the East, which is due for national release in May as a hardback book and ebook for iPad, with profits going to this charity.

His second book, The Legend of Mordekai Hagg (now recorded for an e-book and MP3 download) is due for release in July and is narrated by Billy Boyd who played Pippen in Lord of the Rings, with profits going to the children’s cancer charity, Clic Sargent.

NAC recently supported a local boy, by the name of Craig Dickson, to fulfill his dream of going to Thailand to live and train in a Thai Kickboxing Gym in Bangkok. In 2011 Craig retained his Scottish Mixed Martial Arts Champion Title with NAC’s financial support

NAC has also been a supporter of the Sick Kids Friends Foundation www.edinburghsickkids.org for the past 5 years.
